They call me Fred Phillips Jr. I suddenly decided to buy a really very neat one bedroom beach house east of Woodlake, NY. My wife Kathy and I have owned it since 2010. In the years I've had it this house has been a really great vacation spot. I would certainly recommend this vacation spot to any home buyer.
